Delivery times

Here you will find the tables with the delivery times according to the destination of the shipment. Keep in mind that it takes between one or two days to process orders, and in times of high demand (Christmas, Black Friday...) shipments could be affected. In these cases, we recommend buying in advance.

Sometimes shipments outside the EU may involve additional costs (duties and taxes) that will be the responsibility of the buyer.

At the end of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email along with the order number to manage any type of query, you will also receive the tracking number to control when you will receive your shipment.

LILI LION is not responsible for the costs associated with shipping the order in the following cases and the costs will be borne by the buyer:
Incomplete or incorrect address
When the transport agency cannot contact the client after several absences at home.

Unsuccessful delivery: if the package cannot be delivered to the shipping address provided due to causes attributable to the customer's lack of cooperation (wrong shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to pick up the package, the package will be returned to the sender (LiliLion) at the customer's expense.

For personalized products we do not accept returns, so the customer will be contacted and asked to provide a correct address for forwarding.

Customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping cost incurred.

Items not received but tracking shows they were delivered.

Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as delivered.

For this reason, we always recommend that you ship items to a secure address.

The shipping company will only mark the package as delivered once they deliver it to the address you provided.

If your order is marked as delivered and you haven't received it, we suggest you check your mailbox or contact your local post office.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information.
